Returns & Refunds – Moonique Studio

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, subject to the conditions below and any additional rights provided by applicable consumer law.

To be eligible for a standard return, the item should be returned in its original condition, unused and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging.

To request a return, contact mooniquestudioo@gmail.com before sending the item back. We will provide the appropriate return instructions and return destination. Please do not return products to an address without first contacting us.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights you may have.
