Orders & delivery

How long will my order take?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 6–12 business days. You'll see an estimated delivery date on each product page.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free on orders of €19.99 or more, and €2.99 below that. Express shipping is available at checkout for €8.99.

How do I track my order?

We'll email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also sign in and check My orders any time.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email hello@mooniquestudio.com as soon as possible with your order number. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to help.

Returns

What if something isn't right?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Email hello@mooniquestudio.com with your order number and we'll guide you through it. See Shipping & Returns for more.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

We're so sorry! Email us within a few days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.

How do I choose the right phone or AirPods case?

Each case is made for one specific model, so pick the exact one you have. On iPhone, check Settings → General → About. For AirPods, connect them, open Settings and tap your AirPods' name to see the model.

Which bulb fitting do I need?

Check the fitting printed on your current bulb or lamp, then choose the matching option on the product page. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll help you pick.
