We’re pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within 6–12 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, local courier services, customs processing, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available.

International Orders

Moonique Studio works with international fulfilment partners to deliver our products to customers in multiple countries. Orders may therefore be dispatched from different fulfilment locations depending on product availability and the customer’s delivery address.

International orders may occasionally be subject to customs processing or import requirements depending on the destination country.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to change its delivery details.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will assist you in investigating the shipment.
